Technical Support Changes
To all our users, the Technical support page has been updated. We have also upgraded the way tickets are processed, as well gearing up to bring you more useful content.
Other changes include the removal of our live chat feature. While it was a handy feature, the decision to remove it was for a streamlined way of supporting our users. All new issues will need to be created using our new ticket system. You will need either create a user or login using your existing info to do this. Once logged you can then submit and track you tickets.

+ Dialable Leads Column - There is now a column in the List area of the admin section that displays the available dialable leads left in a particular List.
+ More Data On Lead Export - There is more information when you export leads, including called count, last time called and last time modified.
+ Call Quality - We are always checking and adjusting our service to give our clients the best in VoIP technology and voice quality.
